Manchester City booked their place in the Champions League final after a 3-1 win over Real Madrid at the Santiago Bernabeu on Wednesday.

The English champions took a 2-0 lead into the second leg and they added to their advantage in the 37th minute when Bernardo Silva fired home. Kevin De Bruyne then made it 2-0 on aggregate with a stunning strike in the 76th minute.

Real Madrid gave themselves a glimmer of hope when Karim Benzema pulled a goal back in the 89th minute, but Phil Foden restored City's two-goal lead just a minute later.

City will now face either Liverpool or AC Milan in the final, which will be played in Istanbul on May 28.
