Arsenal Women to Play Home Matches at Meadow Park

New Agreement with Boreham Wood FC

Expanded Stadium Capacity for Fans

Arsenal Women have announced a new agreement with Boreham Wood FC to play six of their Barclays Women's Super League fixtures and domestic cup matches at the Mangata Pay UK Stadium Meadow Park. This expansion of the club's home ground capacity will provide Arsenal Women with a larger and more modern venue to host their matches.

The Mangata Pay UK Stadium Meadow Park has a capacity of 4,500 seats, including 1,200 covered seats in the North Stand. This expanded capacity will allow Arsenal Women to accommodate more fans and create a more immersive matchday experience.

Fan attendance has been consistently high at Arsenal Women's matches, with an average attendance of over 2,500 fans last season. The new agreement with Boreham Wood FC will allow Arsenal Women to meet the growing demand for tickets and provide a better fan experience.

Arsenal Women's manager, Jonas Eidevall, said: "We are delighted to be able to play six of our home games at Meadow Park next season. It is a great stadium with a passionate fanbase, and we are looking forward to playing there. We believe that this move will help us to continue to grow our club and compete for trophies."

Arsenal Women will play their first home match at Meadow Park on August 14th, 2023, against Manchester City. Tickets for all six home matches at Meadow Park will go on sale in the coming weeks.
